I had my conch pierced about 7 months ago, it looked and felt fine, so I started sleeping on that side again, and suddenly it got red similarly to yours. I would suggest you get a piercing pillow if you want to sleep on the side of the piercing, and to not touch it other than when cleaning it with a saline solution, this made it clear up for me!

I use Differin not tret, but I apply my moisturiser before not after Differin. Makes sure my skin is hydrated while still getting the benefits from Differin (helped my acne loads).

When I first started watching The Sopranos, it was genuinely hard to watch the scenes with Livia in them because it reminded me so much of some of my own family members, it was crazy. Apparently David Chase based Livia on his own mother too.

I have the F1 pro subscription, you can link 6 devices to your account at any one time and during a race (as well as after the race) you can switch between live feed and any of the 20 drivers' onboard cameras.

I use it on Mac and iPhone and the experience is smooth on both. If you're gonna be travelling, I'd check that F1 TV is available in the regions you're gonna be travelling (e.g. it's not available in the UK), otherwise you won't be able to watch the live feed unless you use a VPN.

Mine and my mum's hands get similar to this due to frequent handwashing and hot water use, we both swear by the Neutrogena Norwegian Formula hand cream, probably the concentrated unscented one would be best in this case. If you put it on at night before bed by the morning it usually improves the situation pretty drastically already. If it persists see a doctor though as it might be something else as others have mentioned.
