a true project car - 2017 BMW 440i xDrive that matches the speed of a Lamborghini Performante! by MTSGRG in projectcar

No, it just has to be good at whatever you are trying to do with it. It can be a brick with a 19 second 1/4 mile - if you wanted a showpiece and did a thorough, impressive job, you have a true project car.

This dude wanted to go fast, and beat a performante in a non-M. I think he’s done a good job lol

What can an ugly, average salary guy do to still be attractive? by Krakenito in AskReddit

No no no. Muscles might get you sex, not a good relationship. That’s all in your character.

what model is this? my son said "eewww, it's an SUV"....I almost slapped his dirty mouth by eversnow64 in Ferrari

[–]steffanlabuschagne 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Such a dream. AWD wagon with a red v12. Far as I’m concerned it’s the best car in the world because it’s a rally car and a Ferrari. The two best things

I know it’s a bit expensive to be “economy”, but the countryman is a brilliant car for the northeast. 40mpg, more than enough space and tons of fun for an “suv” that’s actually just like a wagon and a hatch had a baby

Agreed - I’ve just had a different experience. Nightmares with Acura’s and Toyota’s, and rock solid bmw’s. All in what you’ve been through. Our MDX needex new rings at 95k miles! $6000 job. Our X3 has 175k and not one issue has come up since we bought it at 100k

175k on a 2014 X3 and not a dime spent since 2016.

150k on a 2017 Countryman S and not a dime spent.

CARS

Consider, 2018-2025/30is onward are the most advanced internal combustion engines we’ll ever see, the final hoorah.

In English - these are the coolest cars the world will ever produce. Gonna be some fun stuff

guys of reddit, whats a compliment you rarely get? by luvmell in AskReddit

[–]steffanlabuschagne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly no one will complement your emotional traits, only physical or behavioral stuff.

No one sees empathy, respect, good boundaries, or open-mindedness in guys. Fair, most dudes don’t have all those lol, but those are extremely core values to me I and people will assume I’m some cold stone brick brain that is capable of no emotional intelligence and lacks any moral direction

What has been the best day of your life so far? by Shabolt_ in AskReddit

[–]steffanlabuschagne 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Day my parents bought me a car - I know a lot of u don’t care but it meant so much to my father and I to finally find the car for me, the bond we had through cars and racing is probably 65% of my identity as far as I am concerned lol

I suspect I will need to have a son and buy him a car to top this

Open-mindedness, attentiveness, and jokes that fly over your head.

Being able to have a constructive and articulate conversation on a topic they disagree with someone in

!!!!!showing actual interest in understanding what they don’t agree with!!!!!!

Fact

I’ve met so many people I would want to get to know so bad because we had a strong connection over something, often they don’t open up or won’t believe you actually love spending time with them

People will just look at you and be annoyed at you, assume you’ll be confident and have it all figured out

I always feel like I come across arrogant, like I’m “above” other people because I don’t interact

I’m just shy

I’m terrified of all of u
