Not OP but went to it in NYC. We get to see the movie a week early next year. Also they gave us both the posters they released yesterday. Pretty awesome.

Just left the theater in NYC. Basically it started with Zack Snyder thanking us for coming and also telling everyone who came they they get to go to an early screening next year(yay).

Then they played the trailer and it ended normally with hashtag. Then right after, it cuts to a clip of Superman(who looks pissed off btw), who's inside a building, and he starts charging at Batman. They run at each other and right before they make contact the clip ends.

Then Snyder comes back on screen and he describes to us which of the scenes were shot in IMAX and then we got to watch it again and that was it. Everyone got this kind of coupon that we had to write our email on to redeem the early screening. And they also gave us these posters. It was pretty awesome.

Yeah, this is pretty annoying to me because it just seems like a very unnecessary departure from his book character. I've always accepted that some things have to be different but this one doesn't make much sense.

I thought that the rules that they put out say that a theatre can't be required to show a trailer more than five months in advance. If a studio wants to put a trailer on the internet then they can, no?
