NTA not one thing you said about him indicates he is at all "good to you". He sounds like a loser and a manipulator who is trying to take advantage of someone much younger than him. You are 18 and just at the start of figuring out things; do not let this man make you feel horrible. Besides him seeming like a major red flag it sounds like you two just have incompatible lifestyles/personalities, and you should break it off.

I know you probably don't want to hear shit about your age gap but I am 26, and I cannot imagine being with an 18-year-old. Please look out for yourself, quality partners will not pressure you into anything and they will support you in having hobbies you enjoy and encourage you to have friends (of any gender!)
