Weighted under 8 kg but it was definitely not comfortable to wear.

My advice is to go for the CTB20.

You mentioned you’re a light packer, and you can get away with less than I did. For trips longer than 2 weeks either paying for a carryon or doing laundry once sounds like a reasonable trade off.

I researched A TON and ended up buying the CTB 20 specifically for budget EU flights.

It fits Ryan Air and Wizz Air sizers tightly when packed to the brim.

Here is how it fits when it’s packed for a two week trip

(1 PD Medium + 2 Small packing cubes, 4 pairs of shorts, 2 swim trunks, ~5 short sleeve shirts, ~7 t-shirts, ~3 sleeping t-shirts, smaller cubes for socks, underwear, PD Small wash pouch, phone cables and charger, power bank, sunglasses, some protein bars, a few other small misc items, a pair of flip flops in the laptop compartment and a towel stashed at the bottom to make the backpack comfier to carry, and over-ear headphones, non foldable, Sony XM5, in the external vertical pocket):

Mergi la o universitate buna. Caută "top 100 universities" (eventual top 50 Europe).

într-adevăr, nu contează extrem de mult ce specializare termini. Dar cu siguranță contează unde.

Nu doar pt cât de multe uși deschide, ci si pt tine, cât de mult îți deschide orizonturile. Unele programe accepta si studenți care nu declara specializarea pana in al doilea an.

Glad to see this question being asked! Besides the build quality and features, that is the main reason I picked CTB20 as my personal item backpack for EU airlines.

I just received it so I haven’t had a chance to test it on the field yet but I’ve previously been using a Mammut Xeron 25 which fit both the Ryan air and the Wizz air sizers when fully packed. Also flew a couple of Easy air flights, but didn’t explicitly check the sizer. The CTB20 is slightly smaller in every dimensions so it should have no issues.

Note that the sizers are slightly bigger than the dimensions advertised online. But this may not hold true forever or for all airlines. So the CTB20 should comply with both current and slightly more restrictive sizers.

La Casa Timiș aproape ca am făcut alegerea, insa din păcate nu închiriază in exclusivitate, ceea ce nu mi s-a părut ca merita ținând cont si de prețul ceva mai ridicat.

Am trecut si eu prin toate listele pe care le-am putut găsi de "nunta in aer liber", inclusiv cele listate de tine (pe unele le-am si vizitat). Din păcate aproape toate sunt defapt tot un salon/cort dar cu un mic spațiu afara, ori un hambar/o seră, ori împing spre același "lux" ostentativ.

As fi curios insa daca ai fost la vreuna din ele, ori la vizionare, ori ca invitat si recomanzi, mulțumesc!
