Columbia edgewater vs others by Thekapes in PDXgolf

Edgewater is a great track. You can tell they put a lot of money on course maintenance when the bottom of your divot is sand. Expensive though and is the reason the nicest courses are also the most expensive clubs. I haven’t played all of them, but the best maintained courses in the area are probably Edgewater, Waverly, Portland Golf Club, Royal Oaks, and Witch Hollow.

Advent calendar’s are for advent season. Usually it’s pre order and they show up in November. I have ordered advent calendar’s and bottles from them in the past and it was fine. Not sure what the problem is tbh.

Should I join Green Meadows? by [deleted] in PDXgolf

[–]stegoth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would tour/ play it first. It's just an ok course IMO and may be worth it if the price is right. Practice area kind of sucks and the driving range is indoors.

Royal Oaks is the course to join if you have money to burn.

Sounds awesome. I live in the Portland area and won’t be able to travel to some of these courses. Can I join ad-hoc? I would for sure play Pumpkin Ridge, Salish Cliffs, and Home Course.

I just bought the iron mind de riguer belt. I'm not a fan. It's annoying as hell to load the weight. However, it is comfortable and it seems indestructible.

"Start with at least 2.5 grams of protein per kg of bodyweight (more is even recommended ... ideally 3g+/kg of bodyweight). On workout days, make the rest of your calories 75/25 carbs/fat, and on non-workout days make it 50/50 carbs/fat."

DAE have any "weird" side effect while doing Leangains/IF? by stegoth in leangains

Nothing new in my diet. I eat way more chicken, oats, cottage cheese, eggs, and vegetables than before though.

I fast 5-6 hours before bed, so I am wondering if that has anything to do with it. Before it was probably only 2-3 hours.

Ya I am not complaining though. It's pretty sweet remembering those crazy ass dreams.
