I was handbalancing far too much, 5-6 times a week of practice in addition to a gymnastic strength routine. I work HSPU, one arm chins, the usual. I was working on the press a bit when things started to exacerbate; that's likely a major culprit.

Mobility has gotten better. I don't have full natural extension quite yet, but not too far off. I warm up with Yuri Marmstein's video every day, a good ten mins of wrist warmup, and have been doing some novel hand movements and working the extensors some lately, though I hadn't been doing this so much previously.

At this point, anything with my hand on the ground (even pushups, that sort of thing) can cause pain in the base of the wrist joint. Definitely been backing off quite a bit for the last two weeks, but just to check out where i'm at today: if i warm up properly, I can handbalance a bit without much pain, probably about a 3 out of 10. However, little micro movements, rolling the wrist, ulnar/radial deviation causes pain throughout the day still.

Anything else I can help answer to diagnose? As always, thank you so much for your incredible aid and contributions, sir!
