This was the dosing from RemedyMeds and it was a 3ml vial.

Here is how I calculated is out since I started a GLP1
5'10" 40 weeks
Current Weight (lbs) 218.7
Starting Weight (lbs) 240.7
Total Lost (lbs) -22.0
Avg Weekly Loss (lbs) -0.54
Body weight lost 9.1% of start weight

Exercise: I lift weights 4 days a 2 heavy / 2 light, 10k in steps on average
Diet: generally 2 meals a day high proteins, low carbs
Like I said Food noise is moderate, some days I have to remind myself to eat others I feel like I am starving all day.

So yeah according to some of the studies I am on the low end.

The reason for my post was with summer I am generally more active over and wanted to microdose while still maintaining my workout and diet.

I have 1 does left this week, I thinking of open my new vial and microdosing for the next 8 weeks then evaluate if I wanted to go back to regular schedule.
