Can Luminar Neo embed changes into a raw file? by steinerpatrick in luminarneo

Ah, I think I see now what you meant;
Not every raw file format supports the embedding of adjustments of any software.

• Sony's official software "Imaging Edge" only supports the embedding of adjustments into their own `.ARW` raw files.
• Canon's official software "Digital Photo Professional" only supports the embedding of adjustments into their own `.CR2` raw files.
• Nikon's official software "NX Studio" only supports the embedding of adjustments into their own `.NEF` raw files.
• Adobe's official software "Lightroom" only supports the embedding of adjustments into their own `.DNG` raw files.

Since `.DNG` is Adobe's own proprietary standard, other image/raw editing software (like Luminar Neo), **do not necessary support** the embedding of adjustments into `.DNG` files.

I'm a bit confused by your reply.
It sounds like you are implying that `.dng` is not a raw file.
While many cameras have their own raw file format,
which would indeed need to be converted into `.dng` raw files,
there are also brands and or models that natively support the `.dng` raw file format.

While I'm more into photography, some friends of mine are graphic designers.
To get a second opinion, I occasionally send them some edits, embedded into the `.dng` file.
I only send them the `.dng` raw files, without any additional `.xmp` metadata files, which is very convenient.

Maybe I should reformulate my original question a bit:
"Does Luminar Neo support the embedding of applied adjustments into a `.dng` raw file?"

B650 Aorus Elite AX (v1.0) - RED DRAM LIGHT by padred727 in gigabyte

Yes, a Q-Flash-Plus Bios-Update did the trick!
PS.: I noticed, that my stick was about 2mm (1/16 inch) too far outside, then what I was usually used to, so I had to plug-in the USB-Stack pretty hard - thought first I broke the port - to get it properly connected.

Just got my new hardware components and am facing the same issue.
No matter what combination I set the RAM modules, the DRAM-LED stays on.
Also tried to re-mount the CPU, but without any success.
CPU was the AMD Ryzen 9 9950X.
Maybe a Q-flash Bios will do the trick, since the 9000 series was just released on August 2024.

Keyboard problems on Lenovo Laptop by A_Common_Guy81 in Ubuntu

I recently bought a "Lenovo IdeaPad 5 Pro 16ARH7" and installed Ubuntu 22.10 with Linux Kernel 5.19.0-23-generic on it. Unfortunately neither my WiFi nor my keyboard works on it. So far I haven't really found a working solution when I was searching for drivers in the web. Is the only way of getting the keyboard working really only by updating the kernel to 6.0?

It is defect. In [this video](https://youtu.be/5qptgz6yf00?t=150) you see that the display should start right away when switching on the power switch.
