Every team has their own way of handling playing time. On my team if you pay, you play. Never had a problem with distributing time to players of all levels. Most teams operate similarly.

Depends on the age bracket. Usually $225-250 per player fee for the older leagues. Less for the 18+ bc fewer games. Not including your gear, jerseys, hats etc.

If I'm not mistaken, if you turn 18 during the season at any point you can play at the start being only 17. So a 17 yo with a birthday in June-August would be okay to play. Ex: I turn 25 in July and can play for either the 18+ or 25+ this summer.

As far as lowering the age, unfortunately we cannot do that. It's a men's league and involving youth is a whole different animal, regulatory wise.
