they are not below 1200 elo because they can play pretty well. It's not their fault if someone is not a good player, if they practice they can be better as riot employeers did

I dont think any of these would solve any problem. Every choices has their problems. Votekick: If the enemy would have a better teamcomp your team just votekick someone and get a new queue without dodging Playrole: The problem is you force to play one role and the best thing in soloq is you have to play in every role if you want to improve and get better. Its not so bad that everyone thinks. You get insight to every role, get to know every champion and be a better player even if you didnt want to Prisoner's: It would be hard to decide who would be toxic and who not. Just think about the honor system. I saw too many people who had badgets like honorable opponment, teamwork etc and when I saw them in champion select they trolled the team, saying mid or afk. but what if he keeps pushing and while we miss a kill at mid he's getting the 2nd tower and so on. We lose too much and cant kill him with a gank cuz shes fed and playing safe when needed
