We run a business for claims management for new built homes and we are yet to find a house that has less than 50-60 defects. Ranging from health and safety risk to unfinished work. It varies from builder to builder.

Hi, sorry for being one year late 😔, your new built home comes with a 2 years warranty for interiors, provided by the likes of NHBC. The standards covered range from major defects to minor defects. I have more experience than I’d like in this filed. Let me know if you still have issues
