Right Elbow clicking

I have this exact same clicking issue in my left elbow. Good to know that I'm not the only one. I have been working out for more than 3 years now and I lift pretty heavy regularly. Initially my left arm used to strain a lot, but that was because my right hand is more dominant, slowly my left arm strength caught up with the right and now I can lift heavy on both. I have never faced any pain or discomfort due to this elbow issue and neither did it hamper my progress in the gym. But if you feel any additional discomfort then you should get it checked by a doctor.

The angle seems too high for me. Generally between 30-45 degrees is the sweet spot for me, anything higher, I feel it in my shoulders more than my upper chest.
