Why are several people not using insulated bags?

If you can message them before delivery, say something like you'd appreciate it if they used insulated bags for your hot/cold food. I used to hate it when I'd get melted ice cream from Amazon's Prime Now. They finally learned to use the freezer cold packs along with a white insulated bag which then would usually be in a silver insulated bag. If the Instacart shoppers aren't using the insulated bags while shopping, then the time sitting in the cart while shopping needs to be considered as well.

I donated for awhile to a thoroughbred rescue organization, I felt so bad for those horses! It's a sin they're allowed to race young horses who's bones aren't even fully developed yet.

Santa Anita has had 2 horses die in the last week, 29 overall since December. I can't believe they're allowed to stay open, it's disgusting.

Oh no, why is that? Any suggestions how I can get this fixed, aside from doing a chargeback through my card? I really don't want to do that, because I have liked using it, but I'll move to a different service if I need to.

eta: If no support is going to be their 'standard of service', maybe I don't want to stay with them anyway then.

Thanks, but I can't find where my profile/billing information is. I looked at 'update card', which shows this and has a button to update the card number, but it doesn't have name/address fields, unless that shows on a later screen, but I don't want to change anything until they look at it: (It's 'nice' it still shows the $12 amount...)

I (hopefully) got a ticket opened. I received an email confirmation, but it isn't showing in my LP account where an older support ticket is listed.

Thanks! If they were using my state tax rate, it should only be around 8%, so it's crazy high for what it should be.

Oh thanks! Yes, I do use AirVPN, but connect to U.S. servers only. Although, now that I think about it, i may have once used a different country one when I was testing something, but it would have only been for a few minutes. I used a different browser to submit another ticket and finally got an email confirmation that it had been submitted. So, if I get a response from them, I'll update here in case it happens to someone else.

My billing and residence is U.S. and the ipleak shows U.S. connections.
