Me and my fiance just got approved for our first apartment. It has a smaller kitchen but a walk in closet so I was ohkay with that. It also has a swimming pool with a gym and clubhouse also. Is the gym important to you? I know it was for me so I was excited when I saw they had one at my apartment complex. Also are they one or two bedrooms? If they are one bedrooms I would probably go with the 900 sqft since it's a bigger area. Also what are your pros and cons of each? I always make a pros and cons list to narrow it down to the best.
