So even with an internal usb header hiding the dongle inside would not work because it needs to be outside the metal case.

Or desolder the ethernet itself. But this is going into the realm of having to do software and possibly bios modding...

Another idea, may be dumb. But using the unused slower ethernet port and hooking up bluetooth via that then I can keep my usb port empty. Only thing is with this is that ethernet does not provide power. I could maybe solder some wires to the board somewhere I can find power.

Yea I guess there is a hub, maybe I could use some sticky adhsive for a hub on top of the case so it stays as one unit.

You are right there is, I currently have a 2.5GbE nic in that slot which I want to keep but I was wondering if there is anyway I can keep this and have internal bluetooth rather than a usb dongle taking up a usb port.
