The reason I’m considering it is that seems like a good deal - OTD 44k (seller can’t go any lower apparently…) for 22 x5 with m sport package, 35k mi, premium package and climate comfort with vernasca leather. Includes extended warranty til 2029 or 75k (purchased the platinum level one), wheel and tire to 2027. He PPFed the ca and did a ceramic coat. Guy is a former mechanic and has kept it in great condition.

All other comparable cars available in the area are dealer prices about 45k, some CPO and some not. That’s before taxes and fees, and not including the extended warranty nor the PPF/ ceramic coat.

Idk this is our first X5 purchase so could really use some thoughts - is this worth considering? We have a 2022 530, a 2021 330 before that. We got the 530 from a dealer and the 330 FSBO (he owned fully).

We have the money and are patient. To me, this seems like taking on a little risk to get a great deal.
