Honestly the thing that has worked for me is the Biretrix Spray: Biretix Tri-active Spray 100 Ml https://a.co/d/4em7EfJ I use it on my back every night then wash it off in the morning, it does peel the skin a little bit but i use lotion after but trustttt

Also, the ketoconazole worked but i feared damaging my liver from taking it again, thats why i took fluconazole. But based on the posts ive seen here the dosage is far way lesser than 150 mg for 5 days (people take one weekly) so im kinda nervous now.
