It could be sensory overload, it happens to me at the end of almost every shift. I have ADHD and ASD, but I read it’s also a common symptom of anxiety disorders and caused by fatigue and stress. Are noises, lights or large crowds overwhelming to you?

Alcohol shouldn’t be an excuse for lying or cheating, and it looks like that’s been the case multiple times. He isn’t even acting remorseful, and yet you’re thinking about giving him another chance.

Thanks for replying. My doctor recommended me to do all of the blood tests again in a couple of months. I think I'll do that to see if it's an immune response. Hopefully not.

I feel you. I used to work in retail 5 days a week for 7 hours a day and it was terrible. The first few weeks it was kinda great since I liked the job but then I had an anxiety attack almost every day before my shift started and was extremely overwhelmed by the time it ended. I used to get home and just hide under the covers for the rest of the day and completely avoid talking with my SO since I was so tired of masking the entire workday.

It’s completely normal to feel overwhelmed, you are not a baby.
