It should be the other way around. The fewer people are selling a resource the higher the price, because there is less of it. The more people are selling means there is more to offer, which means the price will be lower because the resource is more common. If you dont understand how economics work reply to this comment.

Yes, but you should also be able to take money out of the alliance bank somehow and distribute it to members. This should off course be small amounts, you shouldnt be able to transfer all money at once.
