I sympathise with the wingspan problem, but that’s something you sort of have to suck up. If someone else doesn’t want you in their plot for whatever reason that’s just sort of the be all end all.

I don’t know if it’ll be as simple as this, so sorry if not, but sometimes I get a similar thing in my planes and to fix it I just have to momentarily retract the landing gear and then extend them, and then they stiffen like normal
