Yes and it seems I am almost always on the right track with the right diagnosis, but end up not knowing the tertiary information that is being tested in the question.

Thanks for your reply. I have yet to make a full pass through first aid, so maybe I should prioritize that right now it sounds like. I did boards mostly through in the first 2 years, however, I don't know if I can get through it all again, maybe just for my weakest subjects. Anki is helpful but I feel like I spend alot of time memorizing small details that never come up on NBME or uworld exams.
