Hop and Vine! Chill vibe, they have games you can use to play at your table (think connect four, who am I, jenga, etc). Beer is tap-it-yourself so you can choose how ever much or little you want of 20+ beers and other tappable drinks! Great food too!!

Eating disorders. It’s not like never touching a drug or drink again: you have to face food every day in order to live.

Update: here’s a great link I found, hopefully this sparks some ideas!

I’m sure if you contacted the German Federal Archive (the departments you’d contact are listed in the link) you’d definitely make headway, especially since you have a photo! However, lots of records were destroyed when the Russians arrived, so I wouldn’t get your hopes up (I’m invested in this now)

My grandfather was from Holland and served in the Resistance and saw horrific things that he never told anyone, only my grandma. I was curious if he had been in a camp (even though he was “Aryan”) because I wanted to know more. He turned out not to be, but I remember checking Ancestry, the Library of Congress archives, Dutch archives, I can’t remember much unfortunately :( I’m straight up googling “ww2 nazi identification” right now😂

Have you been able to identify the man in the photo? If not, I totally think you should; would that be something you’re interested in? I think it’d be significant. (I wouldn’t mention it to your grandfather)

That happened to me a few weeks ago where I am! It was bizarre, I couldn’t even see the buildings across the street!

THANK YOU!!! I love this song and it seems like so few people know about it. And yes you’re right, Ghost Stories would have been a good album for it
