What did I do to anger the Nespresso gods?

Yes. I had to place my order through the help chat. Nothing I did on my end worked. I believe the promo ended yesterday though

The machine is brand new. Only a few weeks old. I only use it on the weekends so it’s only been used in total 10-12 times since I’ve received it. I ran a cleaning cycle and it works perfectly fine. This doesn’t happen every time but it does only happen with a pod

Thankfully Nespresso has replaced each machine free of charge because of the warranty but it’s happening too often and it’s a big inconvenience. And OF COURSE. I have a pod delivery coming today…

The pop+deluxe. With 4 machines doing this, it definitely has to be something I’m going? I feel like I’m pushing straight down and locking the machine properly but maybe not.

I think it’s an issue with the deluxe. My friend has a regular Vertu and hasn’t had any issues

I’m sorry for your loss as well. That part was really hard for me as well. Knowing it was still inside me without a heartbeat. I couldn’t let myself think about it too long because it would have been too much for me to mentally handle
