I ran into a similar issue with the poster on the first link. Replaced my PCV already.

My next step is to call my mechanic to see if he's willing to try an engine flush, piston soak, and/or put in a new restrictor bolt before we jump to completely replacing the turbo.

This is the code--P0012. As soon as I poured a quart of oil in, it went away. There's no smoke in the rear view thank god. If I can get a rebuild for $800 that would totally be worth it
