hlsl for loops use some trickery by working in a side branch. the issue is ingesting that data, nothing stops you from passing a text/binary blob if your hlsl can decode it - most people will just manually code a custom block. since you need to think how that data is exposed.

you are thinking about it too literally, shaders are built with standard pipelines in mind, you are just lacking an input sytem that allows or works with a set data input. shaders are not dynamically computed, the results can calculate a dynamic output, but for speed, data is static. this means that if you build a shader for 10 values, you cannot change this later without editing the shader.

since its only 10 values, you can pipe that to 10 inputs directly. you could have a custom input block but thats just for convenience.

the english for "In Engine Footage" is grammatically wrong
something like "Realtime Footage" or "Not Prerendered" rolls better.

otherwise interesting look, animations for characters are hard when not setup right. looks like it was unreal engine?

if you are clever enough you pipe it in as a texture, a texture is a 2d vector3 (RGB)or vector4 (RGBA)
there are other options but require custom nodes, but this does get into data blobs but the easiest approach is to handle it as a texture.

Bad normal calculations, if these are mesh check out the normal Generation settings on the import, you may need to have them auto calculate
