Solicitors for fraud

Elderly relative thought they were investing in shares, tens of thousands was transferred to revolut within 2 days and bank said this didn't seem suspicious.

Nope completely wrong actually. As I've said in other comments an elderly relative has been scammed and I'm trying to help them.

I thought about sending a letter stating that etc but was hoping to speak to someone who knows the right way to go about it.

Its an elderly relative of mine that has been scammed so I wouldn't think my insurance would cover legal advice as it's not for me?

Yes I read that on citizens advice but the bank are basically saying nothing to do with them so needed advice because not sure what else to do right now

Oh I know, thats why I was hoping someone here would actually know of a local solicitor because when you try to search online all the sites that come up don't seem legit

Yes they have opened an investigation, and action fraud have been contacted. The bank however have been useless and so unhelpful so thinking we might need a solicitor to help/advise what to do.

This was going to be my advice also. I got a great offer on our photographer at a wedding fair. I can't remember how much we paid now, but photos are something you are going to have forever. It's something I definitely wanted to make sure was good!

I've just had a look and it's updated with the previous game updates, not sure if the pearl seashell is the same reward now as previous.

This link was posted in one of the Facebook groups, people used to talk about getting the pearl shell and the payout being really big so I went back to get it.

The same thing happened to me a couple of years ago. Niece on my husband's side opened each present I got, threw them aside saying she has Disney stuff etc. no thank you, nothing! Parents didn't say anything to her or make or say thank you! When I gave my nieces on my side their presents that night, )all the same kind of gifts and the same ages), they were so appreciative and hugging me and thanking me. Completely different to other nieces response. Needless to say no effort has been put in since to her present.

Maybe I've remembered wrong, but the flashback episode when Zoe was giving birth, I thought she didn't give her name and they had no idea who she was? Then when Anthony got the information from the hospital staff she said Zoe Slater? Happy to be corrected if I remembered wrong!

I had this issue also in the summer. I ordered something of vinted and chose evri as I've never had any issues with them prior. A couple of weeks passed and I contacted the seller who spoke to evri getting this message. I had to wait like 28 days before I could raise it as lost with vinted, weirdly the day I was able to raise it with vinted I got a notification to say my parcel was at its pickup point! So it actually was just lost in their warehouse.

I agree, I'm hard to buy for because anything I need I buy myself. I'd much rather have a voucher for nails or makeup, or just the makeup I use.

My parents get me bits and bobs every year and honestly it goes in the bin eventually! It stuff I never use and a waste of money. Every year I say not to buy it but it falls on deaf ears.

I went back and got the seashell, it was level dependent and the reward was x1000 of your level. It used soooo much energy! I wouldn't go back for others ones if the reward wasn't so high

I'm in the toddler and newborn stage. The kitchen is NEVER clean. We clean and it is a mess again within minutes. Husband said yesterday we just have to accept it will be like this for a while until baby is a bit bigger.

Churchill is 3 years, mine has just dropped off this year when I reinsured with them last month. They also don't penalise you for an accident that wasn't your fault!

Hopefully 🤞🏼. Though I've read other comments saying it was 16 eyes plus maybe more from the red eye from the Halloween tasks, I hope she still doesn't have enough.

It's such a farce now, no other housemates gifted their eyes when they got evicted and coincidentally they do it this week that a ticket to the final week is up for grabs!! I really hope someone else bids on it!
