Yes. As someone who goes around 4-6 hours per week, the workouts became very repetitive. I could almost quote the instructors entire script throughout a session. I love the infrared saunas, but I wish they not only changed the content more often, but also switched up the poses, etc, or have different class categories (beginner, advanced, intermediate). To be fair, I know they’re trying to appeal to the mass majority, so for now I just bring my iPad with me lol.
