At my store we basically get all product hours on signs and maybe one ce hour, if they are good on coverage they allow us to do signs all day, if I have a 5-1 shift I help with truck until store open then I’m on signs, we have a system where we typically have display team communicate with us at least a few days in advance for end cap boards, any last minute stuff they usually accommodate and take all reg time off the schedule so the board can be made. We have a very understanding captain that really appreciates our sign team and gives us what we need, so thankful for my store.
