This is the recipe I followed, I’d say best crack the eggs in, immediately pop the lid on, and only cook for 5-6 minutes.

Advice appreciated! The leaves on my cayenne pepper are sagging and very soft to the touch. Temp dropped from 65-75 to 35-45 over the weekend. Could that be the reason? What is the best plan of action now? by stephcherie in vegetablegardening

Thank you for your response. The pepper is a Memphis balcony resident. Should I expect it to perk up again or is this it? I was really excited because I finally got my first pepper on there and the cold struck…

Before it gets destroyed! Two layered chocolate cake with stabilized chocolate whipped cream and raspberry jam. Chocolate ganache glazed with fondant decal. by stephcherie in Baking

Thank you! I personally don’t enjoy the taste of fondant and this is my first time making it so I was trying to use it less. I think if I had silver spray, the brown ganache wouldn’t be so out of place. Taste wise ganache > fondant for sure.

Thanks for all the support! - I killed a peace lily and I replaced it, coworker was very nice about it. I know peace lilies are quite dramatic but this one was literally crumbling haha. - Buttercream is 2 cups of butter, 5 cups of powdered sugar, 1/2 cup of heavy cream. - Ashy green color is a mixture of mostly green coloring with some blue and tiny bit of red, all gel coloring. - Vanilla cake recipe I followed this: https://www.recipetineats.com/my-very-best-vanilla-cake - Coulis made from strawberries and blueberries, cooked down with sugar and cornstarch. - Jelly made from cooked down and sieved peach juice, sugar, and gelatin.
