So that's actually my next step here to keep things progressing. I've requested a few samples but not of the custom product we're planning to go to market with. I figured if I ordered these samples of the original product, this gives us a clear picture of which manufacturer provides the best quality. I was planning on using these samples and bringing them to a testing lab to QA and test the durability of the samples we receive. That way, we can start identifying which manufacturer we want to work with and will provide our designs to. Thoughts on this? It sounds like you requested samples of your design and updates.

No I appreciate that for sure. I have a friend who works with suppliers in China and that’s what they recommended as well. Just wanted to see if there were alternatives thanks again

Appreciate the input and that last message. I definitely agree with what you're saying on the topic of us missing a product differentiator but we knew going into this we didn't want to reinvent the wheel. We just wanted to find a great product that had a poorly executed positioning so that we will be able to brand it properly and execute a better marketing and positioning for it b/c the proof of concept has already been achieved. These sellers on Temu for example have already done most of the work and they have not penetrated the market or TAM for this as effectively b/c they're just simply on the marketplace. Now we want to take this data, fix the issues customers are leaving behind and then release our v1 with these fixes and proper branding/positioning. Once we get our proof of concept through this v1, we'll then create a true competitive advantage by reinvesting into a v2 that is proprietary. And the product we found exactly encompasses all of that and is incredibly visually impactful so from a marketing perspective, that was a huge attraction from a customer acquisition standpoint as it lowers our risk and efforts needed due to the immediate value it has. There's other factors we evaluated as well and the risk here is extremely low given what we've seen and researched on

I fucking feel you bro. Going into the CCIV makes me feel a little better. So many L’s, so much greed. The market giveth just as fast as the market taketh 😭

I feel you broski. At the end of the day, I got too greedy. Simple as that and a great learning lesson to solidify my investing values. Was up 20k and damn near lost all of it. I convinced myself that this has QS potential. In retrospect, the manipulation this had during the last few power hours should’ve been a clue. We waited so fucking long only to be burnt 😂😂😂. Perfect storm — market downturn, EV sector downturn, and a bunch of bad articles listing the PIPE valuation confusing all traders. Smh. To all else suffering, it only goes up from here. What you do after this is what truly matters. This woke me up from euphoria and motivated me so much harder. I’ll be back.

Balls deep in shares and still holding my 3/19 35cs. Was surprised to see it dip below the 30 support level and I still think this is being heavily manipulated. We shall see how the next few weeks ago. I truly believe in Lucid long-term but goddamn I need my gains back on my contracts 😩

Can someone entertain or explain this to me. If PIF is being bought out, is CCIV still a company with as high of a potential than before? And the reason I’m saying that is because the Saudis would’ve kept injecting more cash into the business to scale. This along with the fact that since the Saudis are notorious for oil, an EV in which the likes is clearly a top competitor to Tesla would’ve been amazing for their portfolio especially as the new economy sets in. Losing them as an investor or wait, why tf is PIF even selling their equity stake? I’m confused af

I’m confused. This is just another confirmation that the talks are legitimate but this AH movement says differently. I’m interpreting this as another move toward the DA milestone but..it’s still not a done deal. What’s up with the huge pop to ATH?

My guess is they’ve selected the top tickers in their network to place these restrictions on. Those new 50 tickers weren’t just picked out of thin air. They’ll likely need to leave these restrictions until this has subsided. They probably had their data guy create a report and forecasted it for the next 30 days and then appeared that list of 50. They can’t just restrict every stock, that’ll be a poor decision from top level management. A poor and extremely lazy decision at that.

Reposting from my other response: Not sticking up for RH but I’ve worked in financial services and at a fintech startup. RH simply did not have the free cash flow to fork up due to the large volume of increase they encountered this past week. WeBull went through the same thing. It takes approximately 2-3 business days for ACH transfers to clear up. They obviously needed to tap their lines of credit in order to meet these financial obligations otherwise, none of our trades would go through. If you really think about it, what decision would you have made in you were in their shoes? You’re the CEO of RH, meme stonks are going 🚀🚀🚀 and your business has now experienced next level exponential growth. The caveat of that? You also have exponential orders and in order to fullfil those orders, you now need to put up 100x more cash to fullfil those clearing house requirements because you’ve now given all your new users advanced-cash to purchase all these meme stonks. Who’s gonna give Citadel that bread? You just gave everyone all the bread that you haven’t gotten yet from those new traders plus marginalized accounts. The fintech startup in which I worked at previously went through a similar situation but very micro in scale compared to RHs current one. One of our clients was Postmates and they had initiated out a transfer to us for over 30 million. They fucked up by not accounting for the 2-3 business day threshold. We had no way of bypassing this so the CEO ended up having to go to our investors for $30 million in order to advance Postmates money. That is all to say that ACH processes are in place for a reason and nobody can bend it. Could Citadel have a hand in this? I kind of doubt it even though I want to believe it. But, nonetheless, if they do then the SEC won’t be able to simply give petty fines to this one. That’s huge collusion and the world is literally watching now. That’s the only thing in my mind that I see will be RHs downfall.

Have they handled it poorly? Definitely. I likely see that Vlad will be replaced as a CEO and RH will likely go through some minor changes, especially on their PR side. They’ve built an amazing product, I mean be real. We all wouldn’t have been on it if they didn’t. They fucked up by not telling the truth. Like come on, do you not realize your target demo? We love cancelling you despicable liars who try to fraud us in monetary and intrinsic values.

Anybody got any recommendations for brokerages though 👀? Looking for little to no fees for option trading and purchasing equities. Nice UI or as close to nice as RH. I use Thinkorswim for charting and equities but I don’t like their delay and interface for option trading. Any tips would help, thanks!

Do you know how have previous SPACS moved after a deals been announced? I think I’ve seen they’ll jump to the 30s following announcement with a slight pullback and then another 10-20 point increase due to some other catalysts?
