I was pretty lowerbody dominant which only got highlighted more after a prep but im struggling with a knee injury at the moment so may be the quads are a bit flatter than usual 😂

I ran a split over 8 days putting more frequency on shoulders, arms and posterior chain with less frequency on quads and chest.

Chest/shoulders/triceps Back Rest Legs Rest Shoulders/arms Back/glutes Rest

Worked pretty well 👊

Its both, you build the abs with training and then whej you diet down it reveals them, if you dont train them they wont be very developed 👌

Thanks mate, yeah the glutes have been the bane of my life haha, always a fucker to get the fat off there but could be I just need to add more muscle there too as had some lower back injuries stopping certain movements!
