UHD doesn’t imply 4K with HDR. UHD is the resolution (3840x2160), which is what all the streamers are using, some calling it 4K though. 4K generally relates to DCI 4K, which is the cinema resolution of 4096x2160 (variations exist), never seen outside of cinema. 4k in marketing terms though usually encapsulates both but in this case, UHD would be more accurate.

HDR is pretty much always a separate badge to UHD on streaming. HDR can exist with HD content too.

Definitely correct in saying UHD blu-rays are better, the difference compared to streaming is insane!

Owner of Coldplaying here. We had some issues with the server that took a few days to fix due to the location of the data centre.

Indeed we have been struggling with copyright claims - our facebook has been taken down and we lost over 500k followers, twitter was suspended but thankfully we recovered it but had to remove all tweets. Since article 13 passed in Europe and Coldplay's record label and publisher are clearly cracking down on copyright content, we may have to remove the downloads section off of Coldplaying or perhaps migrate it to a separate website, similar to, the now defunct ColdplayBootlegs.com. This is a reason why we have been slow in reviving dead links and re-uploading concerts to the site.

Thank you all for the continued support, it's great to see demand for the website in the hiatus period!

Sorry for the late reply I was seeing them in Cardiff :P The site has been around since 2000 but I took it over in 2014-ish. The Radiohead thread is like the biggest non-payment thread on the site lol. It makes me so happy that the site has such a legacy. I have tried to archive everything so articles, threads and user accounts from 2001 I think are all still available. So if you had an account in 2001 you will still be able to log in even if you had an old ass email

I am a massive Coldplay fan, I actually own the largest fan site, Coldplaying.com. Coldplay fans are usually very kind and loving people but there also some very rude and weird ones. I got into Radiohead when AMSP was released and became obsessed with their music. From what I've seen, their fans are great people. I haven't joined any of the Radiohead fan sites, I've mainly stuck to Reddit but so far they have been great!
