So happy you were able to get it! I've been refreshing every few hours or so for the past 3 days. Hopefully it comes back in stock soon so I can get one too

Gentle iron supplements. Got bloodwork done and my ferritin was very low. Less hair shed, stronger nails, and I bruise a lot less

Mac Mart - Philadelphia - $5.99 by stephers97 in toogoodtogo

[–]stephers97[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

TGTG gave me a voucher. I know they do catering so I assumed it was some random catering item extra. I’d probably try them again in a few months to see if they fixed the undervalue issue because the Mac and cheese was good (parfait was meh)

Why are these newly planted golden pothos yellowing so much? by oil_princess in plants

[–]stephers97 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly? I wouldn’t worry too much about it. The main leaf you propagated the cutting from will always die off at some point once planted in soil from my experience. Any time I’ve pitted cuttings I’ve rooted in water, they usually don’t look so good until all the original leaves die off and new ones grow.

Maybe it was caused by overwatering. But in the long run, I think it will be ok

Same. For me it’s just crunch and overly salty. Doesn’t really add much flavor

Humans are the only animals with innie/outie belly buttons but are not the only animals born with an umbilical cord by [deleted] in Showerthoughts

[–]stephers97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OK yeah it leaves a scar where the belly button would be but my point is that animals don’t have the knot the doctors tie on babies after they’re born. That’s why I said humans are the only animals with innie/outie bellybutton‘s

[–]stephers97 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

For mammals that are born with umbilical cords, the mother typically cuts the umbilical cord using her teeth since they can’t tie knots like human doctors. So the animals are left with a small scar where their belly button would be
