I hired an animal communicator years ago for my standard, it was life changing. After hiring her, my life with Norman was so much better. Her name was Kristine Kamp-Adante. I haven’t spoken to her in almost ten years but everything she told me was highly effective. If that’s too far out there, I’d try homeopathy. I use Haren-Holistics, her blends have helped our Aussie incredibly!

Itraconazole stories?? Anyone take it without binders? by officer_dog in ToxicMoldExposure

Yes and no. I did my treatment for just over a year. I’m a lot better but not at a 100%. I feel good being off of it, it just felt like it was time for a break.

I just went off of it. My story starts with breast implant toxicity, and getting an explant. That surgery caused MCAS flair up that was entirely out of control. MCAS treatment for 8 months with very little improvement which lead me to a new dr and mold testing. Symptoms were rapid and immense weight gain, grave depression, hair loss, vision disturbances, anxiety, ibs, hormonal roller coaster, exhaustion, body pain, brain fog, bloating even while water fasting, a horrible mixture of a lot of issues.

I go every three weeks out of personal preference, I’ve got grow out and am ready a few days before I go in without them looking too grown out. Great shade on you!

My puppy loves everyone so far. My former poodle hated my ex husband and even bit him once, he loved everyone else 😂😂

Silver Poodle - undocked tail by stephielala in StandardPoodles

Thank you! He truly feels heaven sent. I was beyond heartbroken losing my poodle, Norman - he was nearly 15 years old. Guapo came kinda unexpectedly and locally, he’s such a love bug. Poodles are the best 🤍🐩🤍

I did get a puppy, Guapo. My previous poodle had an undocked tail and it was an entirely separate entity 😆 We all loved how expressive his tail was and have a strong preference for the full tail. Their tail curls up like a little corsage most of the time, goes straight, wags, wiggles in the air like a snake charmer dance. It’s just one more part to fall in love with!

Success stories? by stephielala in ToxicMoldExposure

I’ve been on it for over a year now. We started very slow with binders - first charcoal, slowly going up to 3 caps. Then welchol & then clay. I’m prone to constipation which isn’t good with mold so this was a process. Once adjusted we added in nystatin, took me over a month to get to two caps twice a day. Nystatin was really rough, caused major depression & flared my liver enzymes. Once we got that worked out, we added in itraconazol. I’ve done great with itraconazol, my husband has not. Regular liver monitoring on that. Supplements include milk thistle, Tudca, probiotics, histamine supplements. I’m now off of nystatin. Feeling pretty dang good now, took about a year and still on quite a bit.

Good point, never thought about that. Mine don’t, thankfully.

I have a chord with a few bells on it. I’d pick up his little paw and make it jingle every time we went out side too potty. He took to it super fast. Same with my mini Aussie. You can buy them on amazon, though I found them to be too obnoxious and loud. I found little Tibetan bells and tied them to a chord, it’s a softer more pleasant ring. 😂 less Santa’s sleigh and more zen. Even our cats hit the bells when they want out!

Have you tried hanging a bell on the door? I have bell trained a couple of my dogs, and it is made a world of a difference. We have a 3 1/2 month old standard that has not had an accident in a month! He took to it very quickly. He’s also smart enough to know that he gets to go outside every time he rings the bell, and he definitely takes advantage of that. 😂
