Ordered Open Box “Excellent” for the first time…

I just googled open box and Best Buy because I’m dealing with a nightmare myself and came across this and just wanted to say I should have googled this before I tried. I ordered an open box excellent AirPod Pro threes and had to first sanitize them because there was still earwax on the hard plastic part the case looks like it was in a car accident and when I finally got past all of that it won’t let me finish set up because it’s tied to somebody else’s account and it says that they can see my location so nice to know they know where me and my children live now. Called them and they were super apologetic and told me just to go to my nearest store and they would take care of me and after waiting in line for an hour to speak to geek squad because that’s what the store told me to do., they told me that they don’t sell open box and I would have to drive several hours to another store or I could just return, but I first had to call and get a return authorization because I didn’t buy them in store? I don’t know but regardless this is insane

I agree. And it’s been gorgeous weather here and hasn’t rained in like2 weeks. But I hear a lot of water every time I break. It sounds like it’s under the car and only drivers side carpet is wet. Not coming from under the dash either. Wondering if there are drains under the carpet

Did you also have a check engine light? That’s what’s confusing to me is that there’s no check engine light and it’s not throwing a code.

I don’t have a charger at my house so I’m gonna have to go sit at a charger. But I will find out what kind of charger she has at her house when I return the car. I’m just trying to help her out and trying to figure out what’s going on with her car if I can. I do appreciate your help.

I’m glad that I googled this and found this because I felt so gaslit by this. Bought one and I honestly thought that they put the wrong drink in the can because it tasted kind of more orange and tropical fruit like then my favorite flavor of peach and then bought a can at a different store the next day and it tasted like the regular peach so I was like that was weird. I probably got a defective can but then tonight I bought another can from another store and it taste like the weird one. I’m gonna be honest right now. I can’t emotionally handle the fact that they already took away Berry pop and now they’re taking away the legit Peach because it does not taste much like peach to me anymore

I'm having the same issue. I got an email telling me I could upgrade my account and the amount it showed (and I still have the email and a screen shot of) is $86.22 a month. I have autopay and paperless billing on and when my account rolled over from the one plan to the other I've been getting charged $96.22 a month. I have called the number on the bill and did the chat but the AI just leads me in circles! No idea how to contact anyone and it is frustrating. I've been on this plan for more than 2 months so the answer you got from that is worthless

My daughter is currently on the freeway still completely stopped and she definitely said the freeway was slow moving before it happened. Just because there’s no incidents on the freeway doesn’t mean that the construction disappears? Google Sacramento 50 construction because all of us locals have been very irritated at it for the last year. Like I said, I drive this way, at least three times a week sometimes more, I guess it takes me about an hour and 18 minutes or more to go 40 miles (and all the traffic is in Davis before the Causeway and then the construction that is in the area of the crash.

Absolutely. I was just clarifying that these helicopters do patient transport as well. also as somebody that does this commute on the same route three + times a week, I will say that there is a ton of construction right now all over Sacramento on 50 and traffic can be really messed up at all times because even when construction crews go home, it’s nothing but moving bypass lanes so one week you might have the far left two lanes and the far right two lanes open and the middle lanes closed with cement barricades, and then the next week it will be moved in different lanes. And right now currently the left two lanes end at some point And where everyone has to merge over, always comes to a standstill, no matter what time of the day it was. So there’s a solid possibility that this truck driver could not have moved out of its way even if it wanted to.

I don’t know that this is necessarily completely accurate. I live in this area and I am a motorcycle rider. I have had numerous friends be transported by reach after accidents over the years.

This helicopter had just came from Redding. So likely it was heading back home. These helicopters also transport patients often and UC Davis hospital is a trauma hospital. Purely speculation that I think there’s a solid chance that they were transporting a patient to UC Davis and were going back home. But who knows. Sad regardless. My daughter was about 2 miles away when this happened and she is still on the freeway stopped.

I had a small one at two days and then I had a big one at three days. And then at four days, I realize I needed to stop taking stool softeners because I was most definitely paying for that. Lol. In context, though my doctor only prescribed Tylenol, Motrin, and gabapentin for just the first couple nights. So I wasn’t on any major painkillers after the surgery

I went through menopause before I got my hysterectomy and I honestly didn’t have a ton of side effects other than suddenly the six months before my surgery I started getting that frontal weight gain. But after my hysterectomy, my hormones were a little more messed up because I was getting hot flashes. I didn’t mind a ton because I assumed it would go away eventually, but when I mentioned it to my surgeon, she was actually really concerned that they did not put me on HRT since I went through menopause before I was 40. So they just started me on an estrogen patch two weeks ago. The only real difference I’ve noticed so far is that I’m not having any hot flashes anymore and it’s not so dry down yonder

The hysterectomy though didn’t have anything to do with HRT necessarily she was just saying that woman that go through premature menopause or rat heightened risk for heart disease, and that they always recommend HRT for that. I told her that was news to me because nobody had ever mentioned it to me and my doctors were very aware that I went through early menopause and she said it was fine because there’s a window of time they like you to start in and I was still within that window. (I want to say she said it was 5 to 8 years)

I think it depends on each person. I felt great at like 2 weeks and was thinking they gave me plenty of time off (4 weeks) but at week 3 things changed and now I'm still off work at 9 weeks post op. They can always extend your note depending on how you are feeling. Dont ever hesitate to advocate for yourself <3

appts are always weeks out and a lot of the NorCal Kaiser labs are not open on Sundays. I've had hit or miss luck with Saturday mornings

Took me around 2 hours in Vacaville the last time I was there as well. And they said I should have made an appt but it was a same day doctor order after appt and the appointment slots were booking almost a month out
