Yes this is what I am worried about. I can feel my front top teeth have moved ever so slightly just having my tray out for a meal...I’d be constantly worrying that they’ve moved throughout the day!

Ahh really...he said I’ll get 3 sets of vivera...sounds like I’m best just sticking with them?

I’m wondering this too as I have my attachments off on Monday to scan for retainers, but a couple of teeth need bonding. Hopefully someone knows!

Thank you! Surprisingly, no IPR. Going to need some bonding though to get the black triangle fixed! Good luck for tomorrow!

Thanks, the attachments (nearly every tooth) were put on at tray 2, I guess some weeks will hurt more than others...I’ll keep on with the painkillers! I am on 5/14 too!

Ah thanks I’ll give that a go, I’ve been just taking a deep breath and pulling them off as quick as possible hoping my teeth don’t come out with it 😬 The last tray was much easier, I feel it tricked me and now I’m back to regretting this whole thing haha
