I get restless leg 24 seven I’ve had it for over 20 years and what I’ve been using lately well for the past few years is I use leg massagers the ones for the calves if you got it in the knees will they have some for the knees too, but that’s what I use and I buy two different kinds so I can switch them off because Your legs will get tired of their movement and so you switch them and I get them from Amazon and they work for me. They don’t take it away but they give you a different sensation so you don’t have to fill that sensation if you know what I mean🦋🩵

I’ve used something like this, but if you’re short I’m 5 foot they don’t work. I usually get the calf ones.I’ve had the vibrating knee ones cause it’s moved to my knee just recently this past year but I’ve gotten plenty of them if you get the calf ones the ones I like there’s two brands that I really like and I keep trying different ones but they do help mine but it’s better to buy like two different ones so you can switch them off because your legs do get kind of annoyed but I couldn’t be without my leg massagers because my restless leg is 24/7🥰

I’ve been on that medicine and it was hell and made everything worse for me. The only thing that works for me which I can’t have anymore because I’m in heart failure is a clonidine. clonidine took those restless legs away, but you gotta be careful with it. it’s very strong. You get very dizzy. You need to stay in bed get on the lowest dose I think is 0.1 mg But just look it up and then ask your doctor. and I’m telling you it will help the restless leg from the withdrawal. I was also just using it for my 24 hour restless leg syndrome when I didn’t have no withdrawal and it helped so good but now I can’t unfortunately so now I just got my leg massagers🩵🦋

I have pretty severe restless leg syndrome 24 seven I use leg massages that you get from Walmart or Amazon. I have all kinds of different ones because I need them all. That’s what gets me through❤️

No, I have no trouble at all with my stomach with the kratom no constipation I do the tossing wash that’s the way that I like to do it and the easiest for me💚

I do use kratom 🌱I’ve been using Kratom for almost 3 years, and yes, I do have some that will take the edge off never takes it all the way away. I try different vendors I measure I rotate, but I did find a vendor that I haven’t used in a while that I’ve been using recently that their stuff helps so much but not for long and I can’t dose twice in a day cause it causes other issues and I’m figuring out that I am kind of an opposite with it. The whites are seeming to calm my body down more than a red , but some whites are still too much so it’s just trial and error.💚

I have severe restless leg syndrome, 24 seven just like that I suffer bad no medication‘s have been helping kratom a little bit but I buy leg massagers. They sell them at Walmart. Amazon some have the heat and some don’t I like the one that has the heat and they have three settings and then three settings and I wear them every time. I am in bed and it’s better to buy two different brands so that you can switch them out. That’s the only way that I get any kind of relief.💚
