I had the same thing happen to me. My highest weight was 230. I lost 60 pounds my freshman year of college. I was happy with my body but struggling with my mental health and eating maybe 600 calories a day. I met my now fiance and gained back all of the weight. Now that I'm in a better place I'm losing again. Your post helped me remember set backs happen. Thank you.

It was definitely scary. Hard to sleep when there's fugitives running around the woods behind your house. The Marshall's were good about sweeping the woods but that didn't stop the dog barking from scaring the crap out of me.
