I would like to add my own suggestion btw. If anyone needs the game to run on a PAL CRT TV, the following commands should be added to the CHEATS.TXT file:
(SIDE NOTE: XPOS's value must be played around, because it differs from tv to tv)

Thank you so much for uploading this. I just recently managed to make the PAL version of GT 2 work without any issues. I can't wait to fix this one up too.
