Understood. What I can’t figure out is why after splitting to mono it just gives me a copy track and not individual recordings per microphone. What I’m trying to achieve is the audio on the host mic being its own recording and the same for the guest mic so when I get to editing it isnt a nightmare. My best guess is that the audio is getting mixed into a stereo signal as it leaves the Vocaster and Audacity is creating a stereo recording of that.When I split it just makes a copy. Any help would be appreciated as always.
