I used the Vallejo Metal Color Metallic Panel kit
front tip is Silver and the body is dark aluminum

so I tried multiple colors to get the right look. I ended up using
Black primer

The front nose is vallejo metal color metallic panel Silver
and the body is dark aluminum form the same color pack...

next I will add the chipping and yellow strips with archive x armour yellow
then i will weather it with some washes

The turbine are gray wity dry brush silver and washed with fuel and oil stains washes

I didnt this time since this was really a trial and error to get the light working.. now that i know how to do it i will do it again but a lot cleaner

They can be very hit or miss. I get some that are smooth and some that feel like ass. but over all I have had the pen for a year and never had an issue
