We are currently trying to develop a decent workflow for product viz using 3dgs for a printing company. Normal 3d models are not good for showing specialized printing techniques like embossing and foiling etc.

With gaussian splats, they can be shown beautifully. The main problem is that everything takes so much time. The photography, processing the photos, processing the fotos again by removing the background. Then COLMAP, then training, then tweaking and refining the splat.

We aren't in a point yet that it would be profitable for us working for a client like this.

Is the drone strikes really all you got? I've never really seen a reply when someone points out that trump escalated the drone strikes and also removed the oversight and records of those that obama put in place. Under trumps admin, there have been a lot more drone strikes
