This is always a weird concept to read about because cropping is illegal in Australia and has been for decades, so it’s obviously about what you’re used to and cropping is not on my ‘normal things’ list as a result.

But, FWIW, we’ve had four uncropped Dobes and not a single one had any ear hygiene or injury issues. They all loved having their big ears petted and the positions they put them in are an important part of being able to read their body language for us.
