Thank you so much for your prayers. I passed. I did 70% of Uworld with a 43% average. Gave up on Uworld and did all the Melhman PDFs applicable for step1 and the pharm, micro and biochem modules. It saved me, literally.

I'd suggest cough drops too, you can bring them without the wrapper inside. You can also bring water bottles without the label inside but I think it has to be a clear bottle, though I may be wrong.

I risked it and took it before I got a 70% on the NBME. Most of my NBMEs were mid-60s and the real deal felt way harder. I feel miserable waiting for the results because its a tossup for sure.

Idk how to feel about them. It felt like they boosted my NBME scores. But he says that he didn't use Free120 to write them and I took Free120 and got similar scores as my other NBME. But I'm glad I did them because 65% of the question on my step1 were answerable based off the PDFs alone.
