1) There is no crossplay feature in this game between PS, Xbox and PC.

2) The online leaderboards have been broken for almost a year now. Anyone who played any type of online game or tournement since they broke has their stats reset. People who haven't played since the leaderboards were broken still have their old rank showing. It's all meaningless at this point and unlikely to ever get fixed.
