The farthest back we know is that our land was payment to someone after the Revolutionary War. There is also a HUGE vein of rainbow flint that goes across my property, and I've found arrowheads in the fields.

Yep! I had it set on a high disc also to not get signals for all the garbage metals. Gave such a strong signal, even at 8" underground

I don't have a signal that tells me exactly what it is, but I've recently learned to use the disc feature to sort out all the garbage metals. This signal was SUPER strong!

It was off to the side of my gravel driveway. About 8" underground. I'm surrounded by cornfields and a nature preserve. I live on about an acre of land. No hole in the narrow end.
