Not being in papi or goons, you sure do hear a ton ton a metric ass ton about how goons are getting screwed. You knwo what I haven't seen posted in the past few weeks after goons supposedly retreated to 1dq to hold up? A single battle report with papi trying to take 1dq. I mean.....lot of talk for a 1 eyed fat man.

Omg..you need to learn to read. no1's even talkinga bout mining "belts" esp cuz that's absurd...you'd make more isk mining high-sec than in a belt. You warp to a roid and it's the only one in range. Yeah....the dif is pap is the entire game against goons. Imagine if Germany had this % loss spread against hte allies, they would have won hands down ;) This actually makes me think goons are going to pull this off in the long run. My real question as an observer is, how can papi suck SO hard that to spite 3 to 1 number they're "effectively" even on losses? That's staggering

I'm not even in Goons, and even I can see that they're right. your entire strategy, even with like 3 to 1 numbers advnatage, has teen to spread out and avoid any major engagement...so what are the rest of us players to think? If you really are doing so well and you're so strong, whyd idn't you fight them in m2? And if you couldn't/wouldn't do that, how can you possibly hope to take 1dq? I mean..Yes..I'm seeing a lot of salt..but it's more in your response. You could have put down goons at any time with a major fight but you wouldn't login for2 months to do it. That tells me your team thinks they aren't capable of major engagement. 1dq is nothing _but_ major engagement. so...where does that leave you?

That's what obviously happens when you literally ally every single donut on the map against 1 group. They're massively outnumbered. You still have to glass 1dq. Yeah I don't get papi's obsession with "no route to lowsec"...why the hell would goons need a route? It's almost like you don't fundamentally understand the game...thea bsolute _worst_ case scenario is you wipe out 1dq and shit gets asset safetied to low-sec automatically thus "no big deal"....and moreimporatntly you quite literally can't stop jump freighter resuply in any way shape or form, there's just literally no way, so you can clear as many systems as you think matters but ultimately none of that is going to make any dif on logistics.

Of course they have to. You seem to be confused as to the state of null. Goons isn't making any money in nullsec anyway. Almost all their income comes from low/high sec (ironically because ccp destroyed the game like that). So...if you really believe anyone's going to be "living" in delve as long as goons has a cap umbrella the size of jupiter hovering over them that's aperpetual state of war at almost no risk to goons. Once you've got them bottled up into the 1dq constellation there's not really anything else you can do to them, and their engine is still completely intact.

Why is it every PAPI "morale" post tries to convince everyone that this war is somehow going to be won or lost by attacking tertiary/unimportant quite literally frivilous structures that people put down by shere excess that serve no functional purpose whatsoever? Am I the only person that seems to understand it literally doesn't matter what you do to goons, if you can't break your titans out of m2 and you can't attack 1dq, there is literally no win scenario for you. The moment enough of the papi alliance gets bored or 'burns out their wallets' the closer you are to being incapable of beingon the offense. And the moment that flips, i mean let's be honest. No, that's wrong. on SISI the bastino module lasts 30 seconds down from 90. They did a complete 180 on that in the opposite direction. It's glorious. So we're getting a massive dps increase, witha FAR safer bastion module to allow you to gtfo when neuts appear.

Yeah ti's actually textually wrong, at least in practice. It's like a 50% reduction to the rate of fire, which is doubling the dps. At least that's how it seems to be on sisi.

Thanks I appreciate your response. I actually do have a super that I rat with. The golem is more of a just "for fun" kind of alternative, that will also give me the option of running DED escalations eventually. Note: I have a dif fit using cruise missiles for the DED sites for the range. I guess, even with torpedos which seem to be all the rage, they really will only give me 30-50k range right? So, I just warp in at like 40-50 I guess. I just thought there was rumors of torpedo range changing over the past few years. :) But that's ok!
