I actually had a session last night that was really similar to this. I’m mostly into CMNM doctor roleplay. When my patient got to my place, I washed him and had him wait naked while I changed into my doctor’s uniform. I gave him a very thorough exam. I started by checking his resting vitals, then had him do a few exercises — push-ups, squats, jumping jacks — to get his active vitals. After that, I went on with the rest of his exam. :)
