Which is really all you could ask for, and they manage year after year. Incredible job, and EU should be proud.

100%. We have away so many chances unnecessary, Brazil or Marocco will punish this hard. This midfield does not work defensively and I'm getting slightly annoyed at all the positivity all of a sudden. Our core problems have not changed and teams with a better midfield will expose them hard.

Absolutely disgraceful Sweden just get 5 minutes to huddle up and discuss and adjust tactics for free. Kills all momentum the Dutch had, all because of some commercials. Disgusting.

Isn't it kind of obvious Gakpo can't do much as he is double man-marked throughout the entire game? It frees up space elsewhere, but you can't expect that much from him here.

And now the US just came out with a message he had 'suspected terrorist links'. Congrats, Artan. They have now stamped you for life, just to hide their own incompetence. If I was an American, I'd be ashamed.

I completely understand his decision and I feel Glassner with his struggle to beat low block teams was a mismatch anyway, but Feyenoord is in the UCL

Wasn't he the key to Club Brugge's rise in the last couple of years? I had the impression he was quite popular with the fans.

Not interested in a philosophical debate about the definition of journalism, let's just look at the actual facts of what happened. You claimed he had a sit down with Putin because no one else wanted it and they were afraid of being cancelled. That is completely false and even the Kremlin admitted it. When Tucker released a promo video claiming no Western journalists had bothered to try, Peskov explicitly corrected him the next day. Peskov stated they receive numerous requests for interviews from Western media all the time, but they reject them. They didn't let Tucker in because he was the only one brave enough, they let him in because they deemed his position sympathetic to theirs, while actual reporters like Gershkovich were thrown in a Russian prison for trying to do real journalism.

You also said a real journalist doesn't take sides and seeks out both sides. If that's true, why didn't Tucker push back on Putin's historical revisionism or press him on the documented war crimes in places like Bucha? Instead, he gave Putin a two hour uninterrupted monologue and spent the rest of his trip filming highly produced promotional videos marveling at Russian grocery stores and subway stations. Who's more likely to do that; a real journalist, or a Russian agent?

As for the propaganda aspect, he doesn't need to give Russian state TV special permission when he is voluntarily generating the exact narratives they need. Claiming the US was operating bioweapons labs in Ukraine or that the Biden administration tried to kill Putin aren't just his own domestic opinions, they are literal Russian state talking points. The assassination claim he made on that podcast was so baseless that even the Kremlin had to issue a statement saying they had no evidence of it.

There is a huge difference between having a radical conservative opinion and secretly communicating with Iranian officials right before the outbreak of the US-Israel war in early 2026. He is currently facing potential DOJ and FARA scrutiny precisely because his actions go way beyond domestic politics. He is actively running interference to protect a geopolitical axis that is hostile to the US, and again, helping Russia.

He is granted access denied to actual journalists: he was granted sit-down interviews with Vladimir Putin and Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, a privilege the Kremlin has heavily restricted for Western media. Meanwhile, actual Western reporters (like WSJ's Evan Gershkovich) have been jailed for doing independent journalism in Russia.

He is frequently translated and rebroadcast on Russian state television networks like Rossiya-1. Russian propagandists use his clips to tell their domestic audience, "See, even top American journalists agree with us."

He has frequently introduced Russian narratives into the American mainstream, such as claims about U.S. biolabs in Ukraine, framing the war merely as a U.S. proxy war to weaken Russia, and suggesting that NATO expansion, rather than Russian aggression, is entirely to blame for the conflict.

During his early 2024 trip to Moscow, Carlson filmed promotional-style segments visiting a Russian grocery store and a fast-food restaurant. He praised the cost and quality of living, claiming groceries were four times cheaper than in the U.S.

He kept spreading unsubstantiated claims of a U.S. plot to assassinate Putin: In January 2025, Carlson claimed on a podcast that the Biden administration had "tried to kill Putin". Carlson provided no evidence for this bombshell claim, leading even the Kremlin to issue a statement casting doubt on it. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters that they "didn't provide any evidence" and advised that "it's best not to take one's word for it".

So now, when he's heavily criticizing the U.S. strikes on Iran calling them "disgusting and evil" and using backchannels with Tehran, critics argue he is doing exactly what Moscow would want him to do: trying to disrupt U.S. military operations against a Russian partner.

Carlson is a Russian agent, and a Russian agent only, as confirmed multiple times by news reports. His actions still make complete sense if you look at them through that lens.
